Sound the Gjallarhorn and alert the villagers! The Vikings are coming! Yes, the Vikings are coming to the 3rd Annual Lavonia Renaissance Festival at the Lavonia City Park from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. May 7th. Spend the day in this magical realm where imagination, fantasy, and history burst to life! The day will be slammed full of theatrical performances, animal shows, demonstrations, craft vendors and, of course, turkey legs! Pleasure and merriment rule the day as villagers, artists, craftspeople, musicians, performance troupes, and food vendors will gather together to create a marketplace festival in celebration of the Viking spirit.

New for the 2022 festival is a “Wolf Demonstration" and a farm animal petting zoo. Try your hand at a Viking favorite - Axe Throwing or be regaled by stories from a Mermaid! Past Ren Fest favorites are also returning for 2022. Some of these include: the “Birds of Prey” show and carriage rides with a miniature horse. Be sure to stop by The Ye Ole Moose Lodge for a refreshing cup of ale.

Prices are $10 for adults, $5 for students, and free for small children. Parking is free.
