Join us for Lavonia’s Spring Festival, a vibrant celebration filled with sunshine, smiles, shopping, and small-town charm. This isn’t just a vendor event — it’s an experience designed to bring families downtown for a day of fun, connection, and community.
We’re looking for vendors who bring interactive, creative, and engaging setups — think hands-on activities, spring-themed displays, games, photo ops, kid-friendly fun, demos, and unique experiences that make guests want to linger and explore.
If your booth brings the wow, we want you blooming with us! 🌷
🚫 Vendor Category Limitations
To maintain a diverse and engaging event, we are not accepting additional vendors in the following categories:

BBQ / Funnel Cakes

Sublimation or T-shirt printing (unless a branded boutique)

📝 Vendor Application Information
📅 Application Deadline: March 25, 2026
🍴 Food Vendors: Applications and Health Department forms must be submitted by March 15, 2026 to obtain a temporary food permit.
⚠️ Vendor spaces are limited and may sell out before the deadline.
🌧 Rain or Shine Event – No Refunds
🚫 No CBD, hemp, delta products, or ingestibles permitted.
🛠️ Set-Up & Event Guidelines

Vendor check-in begins at 6:00 AM

All booths must be set up by 8:45 AM
-
No vehicles allowed in vendor areas from 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
-
Vendors must remain open until 4:00 PM
-
Early breakdown is not permitted
-
Booth spaces are 10’ x 10’, outdoors, and marked
-
Vendors must supply all tables, tents, chairs, and extension cords

Limited electric spaces available (based on need)

Maximum: 8 amps

Small inverter generators permitted
-
All cords must be secured for safety
🍓 Food Vendor Requirements

Must submit a Temporary Food Service Application to the Franklin County Health Department

Food must be prepared on-site or vendor must have a valid Georgia Cottage Food License
-
Health inspections will occur during the event
All vendor applications will be reviewed by the Lavonia Downtown Development Authority committee.
➡️ Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.
The DDA reserves the right to approve or deny any application to ensure a balanced, family-friendly, and high-quality event experience.
If your application is approved by the committee, you will receive a payment link via email to officially secure your space.
Booth space is not confirmed until payment is received.
VENDOR FEES:
Single 10’x10’space without electricity @$60
Single 10’x10’space with electricity @$70
Double 10’x20’ without electricity @ $90.00
Double 10’x20’ with electricity @ $110.00
Triple 10'x30' Food Vendor with electricity @$180.00 (includes Health Dept Fee)
